DO NOT EAT HERE! I was a long time customer up until a few months back. After a few drinks at whatever bar I was in that night I go over to the diner. I'm buzzed and watching the grille for my burger to come off. After a good while I noticed them putting finally touches on a burger. Which I figured was mines because, Who else eats burgers??? Anywho after drooling over this burger for 15 mins they hand it to a guy who walks out the door. A few mins pass and said guy returns and tells the cook he didn't want mayo. The cook then takes the used bun places it on a clean plate, gives him a new burger bun and he leaves. The cook then gets a another burger off the grill and places it in the used bun. NOW IM AT FULL ATTENTION. Guess who they bring this burger to??? ME! I was livid, when I confronted the cook he suddenly couldn't speak English, I then brought it to the managers attention who didn't want other patrons finding out so they promptly refunded me and I left. AGAIN! DO NOT EAT HERE.

DO NOT EAT GERE.

I agree. You never know WHERE that rodent has been.

Also this comment is a masterpiece. I can't even pick out a favorite sentence. Adam, can we make this post sticky so that we can forever gaze upon it lovingly?

Last time I was there, the manager kept yelling at the grill cook, badgering him about an order. Then the grill cook started yelling with another cook. Right in front of me, as I'm trying to eat my damn meal. And it took the guy forever to crank out eggs/bacon/toast.

I want to love that place. I really do. But jesus, was that a crappy experience.

There should be small 24-hour burger places all over the place in a city like ours. If there were more than one, we wouldn't have a single point of failure if it provides bad service.
