How are the people who work in and own that little store supposed to do business without a cash register?

You're dragging the little people down.

That's why you are supposed to put your disguise on before you get to the front door of the place you are robbing.

This guy pisses me off, but that photo of him before he put the hat on is a riot.

Maybe he was wearing the juice underneath his mask.

Will he be stupid enough to try to pawn the empty register?

they should say it.

If you always say "person of interest" or "wanted for questioning" for obvious guilt, that turns those phrases into meaning "definitely a criminal". Then you have no word for other purposes, and eventually you get sued for calling someone definitely a criminal when they aren't.
