Man shot in Charlestown; police investigating that arrest another man on drug charges

Boston Police report a man was shot in the area of Medford and Terminal streets around 6:30 p.m. on Sunday. Police say that as the man got himself to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, arriving officers began to investigate a car parked there - and found "a plastic bag containing 96 oxycodone pills."

Yesterday, officers tracked the car's owner, Jonathan Libbey, 32, of Charlestown, to Commercial and Charter streets in the North End, and arrested him on charges of possession of Class B drugs with intent to distribute.

Innocent, etc.
