Man fatally shot on Norfolk Street in Dorchester

Victim identified as Rashawn Washington-Clark, 45, of Dorchester.

Boston Police and WCVB report a man was shot on Norfolk Street near Elmhurst Street shortly after midnight, then managed to drive a half mile to Armandine Street and Milton Avenue.

He was taken to a local hospital, where he died, police say.
