On Dorchester Street at Woodward Street, around 9 p.m. Because of the severity of the victim's injuries, the homicide unit was called in, just in case.

Got out JUST in time.
We went from neighbors with families and the usual local riff raff drunks to single, non-communicative young professionals holed up in concrete gray rectangles, while the streets below are cold and empty except for zombified junkies and spillover from the open air drug market just over the Southampton bridge.
There was a chance for a while there to actually turn the Square around but the shine has worn off that "Washington Village" rose.
