Boston Police report arresting two men on gun charges and a third on a stolen-car charge after stopping them at Seaver Street and Elm Hill Avenue on Tuesday afternoon.

Police say the BPD drug and gang units, along with State Police, were already investigating at least one of the three men when officers pulled their car over around 2 p.m.

Karome Greene, 24, of Mattapan and Jacari Cosgrove, 24, of Dorchester, were charged with unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of ammunition for the loaded Springfield Armory XDS semi-automatic .45 caliber firearm with one round in the chamber and five rounds in the magazine and the Glock 27 .40 caliber semi-automatic firearm with one round in the chamber and ten rounds in the magazine that police say they found in the car. Carlos Perez-Mejia, 27, of Dorchester, was charged with receiving a stolen vehicle.

This was Cosgrove's second gun-related arrest in less than a year.

And according to Carlos Perez-Mejia in the above article, this isn't his second gun arrest, i assume his first was as a juvenile.

Maybe this time he's held accountable!
