Man shot to death on Geneva Avenue in Fields Corner

Update: Victim identified as Christian Thistle-Kavanaugh, 21, of Dorchester.

A man was shot at 482 Geneva Ave., near Charles Street, shortly before 10:30 p.m. Boston Police report he was taken to a local hospital, where he died, in Boston's third murder of the weekend.

Multiple shots were fired; a car in front of 482 Geneva was also hit.

On Saturday, a man was shot to death on Baird Street in Dorchester. Early Sunday, a woman was fatally shot on Fairlawn Avenue in Mattapan.
