Transit Police report arresting three men they charge terrorized a 14-year-old on an Orange Line train that had just pulled into Jackson Square around 7 p.m. on Friday.
They physically restrained him from leaving the train with his friends, held him against his will, physically assaulted him while robbing him of his iPhone. The kid was beyond frightened.
Derrick Eures, 24, Nathan Moorwhite, Jr., 18, and Michael Cole, Jr., 23, were all charged with kidnapping, armed and masked robbery and disorderly conduct, according to Roxbury Municipal Court records, which show a judge ordered all three held without bail, at least pending a dangerousness hearing on Thursday.
Innocent, etc.

The Transit Police did their job now it is up to the courts to do their job. The poor kid is a victim of T-trauma and will probably never testify in court for fear of being cornered in train with his attackers.

I’m 50 now but all my life I knew rounds about Jackson you have to hunker down. I see things haven’t changed and I haven’t rode the Orange line since the 90’s when it was really nice lol.
