And that would be William J. Thibeault, who wants to build a 32-acre development in Everett and then truck the waste to an old town dump in Newburyport, according to Ari Herzog, who's compiling a dossier on Thibeault and his political connections.

and now Chelsea...
This company has a large wood waste processing yard on border of Chelsea and Everett. Theres been alot of chatter about it on the Chelsea side of the border, and things may come to a head there as well. The wood pile emits a stench and randomly catches on fire, all within eye site of Chelsea High School.
