Who needs the Internet when you've got photocopiers and light poles?

What could have been an emphemeral neighborhood spat is now permanently recorded on the Internet, tainting this person's reputation in perpetuity, regardless of the validity of the accusations.

This guy actually has a small chance for now, if his last name doesn't appear in text outside of the photos. Though, we already have the technology for a computer to identify and read the text out of the photo, so it's only a matter of time til that capability is deployed on a Web scale.
