Lissa Harris considers a Massachusetts Committee Against Discrimination ruling that proves that, as recently as 2004, Massachusetts still had at least one male employee who thought it was OK to keep trying to get his secretary to show him her tits, even to the point of telling her that unless she complied, he would capture a mouse in the office and kill it with a hammer.
