Wentworth, not by the sea, plans big office complex

Two 14-story towers off Huntington Avenue by Ruggles, the Boston Business Journal reports, adding the college would first find a tenant for the project before digging a giant hole in the ground that would then sit there as an eyesore and embarrassment to the city.
