Adam, I think you need a warning on here. Those cream puffs look so tasty. I don't even like cream puffs, but just about anything containing leavening is starting to look really tempting about halfway through passover.

The concept of fresh Peeps is heresy. Peeps are best when the packages are opened to allow for proper aging and a nice crust formation.
