Boston Police report they didn't have to travel far from a crime scene to arrest a suspect in a Saturday-afternoon purse snatching off Norwell Street in Dorchester: The victim said she'd seen the suspect at a nearby cookout and that's where police say they found the alleged thief and the woman's belongings.
