Swedes just can't get enough crayfish

Go figure: Crayfish eating is as important to Swedes as to Louisianians. Decembercrat notes a two-day crayfish festival at everybody's favorite Swedish furniture store in Stoughton (today and tomorrow), although with a caveat about how smelly one's hands get after eating the things:
