The peepers are out

Kelly reports that with the rain finally over and the temperatures finally up there, the spring peepers are out northwest of Boston:

A Seattle man has been charged with a slew of crimes that involved an alleged shoplifting, assaults and a pet duck named Mr. Peepers. OK, has absolutely nothing at all to do with Boston, but it does involve a duck named Mr. Peepers, and you know you have to read it.
