Thanks for setting this up, Adam. I sat next to Dan Conley on a plane once (coach class for our D.A.) and he seemed like a decent fellow. Any chance you'll do a Q and A with Mumbles or other city officials?
How can a case go forward without enough sufficient evidence to prove the defendent committed the charges brought against them? The plaintiff's story about the incident isn't the same on the police report as it's written on the affidavit for a restraining order, plus it was changed up again during the hearing for the restraining orders. The defendent has NO RECORD,works and is the mother of the defendent's 2 young children. This is a bullshit case and a waste of the courts time.
