Boston Common Coffee - good sandwich and coffee selection. Either Washington St or High St location is close by.

Or Cafe de Boston. Max's Dinner is also awesome and CHEEP! For $5 you get 3 eggs, bacon, home-fries and toast.

Definitely Ogawa. Their iced coffee is truly awesome. And they have nice breakfast sandwiches too.

Deli One on Arch St. Nothing fancy, just a good, relatively cheap breakfast sandwich. Run by some great people. It's where us local office workers get breakfast.

What are the least expensive of the suggestions?

Andiamo on South Street could be a short walk depending on what end of Devonshire you or this person is on.

They have $1.19 breakfast sandwiches there that are very yummy. Run by nice people too. Coffe runs 2 bucks and change.

Seriously, go to the Five Guys on Summer St. They are the only Five Guys I have ever seen that serves breakfast (probably due to the 9-5 crowd). The breakfast sandwiches are amazing, served true Five Guys style on hamburger buns and with the cheese sandwiched between bacon and egg so it's nice and melty. Only hot coffee (no iced) and juice, but the sandwiches are worth it. I wish all stores served them!

They are a local chain out of Methuen I think. They are expanding rapidly in the Merrimack Valley.

Hands down the best breakfast sandwiches in the state. Eggs cracked in a bowl, with real bacon or whatever. They are kicking DDs ass in Essex Co.

Olga's Kafe inside 99 Summer. I'm not sure how their bfast sandwiches are but they must have 15 different kinds of iced coffee any given day, and it's pretty damn good. The
Snickerdoodle flavor is a fail-safe. $2.85 for a large, I think?
