Boston Police report officers responding to a report of an attempted break-in on Delhi Street shortly after 2 p.m. on Wednesday soon found an arrested suspect: A 15-year-old from Dorchester with "a loaded .22 caliber Walther P22 handgun with an obliterated serial number" stuffed in his waistband. Boston Police today identified the man shot to death on Delhi Street on Monday as Ricardo Bent-Hines, 29, of Roxbury.
