Robert Ciampi, 63, arrested on several drug-dealing charges at the Victory Gardens senior-citizen apartment complex in East Boston last week, is not an unfamiliar person to Boston detectives: He has a record of arrests and convictions since 1975 - when he was just 15 - the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports. Update: Bail set at $5,000 but he has to stay at home with a GPS monitor on except for 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Weds.-Sun. so he can go to a job in Maine, DA says. Philip Frattaroli

Frattaroli was not happy today.

On July 15, a doorman at the Cunard Tavern on Orleans Street in East Boston was trying to get an argumentative patron out of the place when a large rando - 6'3" and 260 lbs. or so - walked in off the street and punched the doorman, exposing an ankle bracelet of the sort judges order people awaiting trial or on probation to wear, according to police and restaurant owner Philip Frattaroli. The Davis Companies this week let the BPDA know it will soon file plans for roughly 451 apartments and 20 condos on land the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center now uses for parking along Orleans and Bremen streets on either side of Gove Street. Read more.

Boston cops investigate Orleans Street gunfire

Live Boston reports somebody fired several shots in an alley behind 80 Orleans St., near Maverick Street, around 5 p.m. on Saturday. Nobody was hit.

Boston Police report arresting Thorus O’Brien, 18, of Brockton, on charges he fatally shot Duncan Ketter yesterday. Read more.

At Orleans and Marginal streets around 4:40 p.m., Chargemyline reports.

WCVB reports the victim, Duncan Ketter, may have been shot in a car, then dumped there. Ketter was 19.

In 2014, Ketter ran across Orange Line tracks at North Station to help save a man who'd fallen on the tracks.

Skunk man in East Boston

A concerned citizen files a report about this guy on Orleans Street:

This guy feeds skunks/cats EVERY NIGHT just after dusk in the SAME SPOT. This needs to be addressed as there are skunks all over the neighborhood and he leaves food out that draws the animals near housing and people and dogs have gotten sprayed in the area. I know multiple people have complained to the city about this.
