Boston Police report a man in his 20s was shot at 1 Costello Circle around 11:45 p.m. on Thursday. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. WCVB reports he was shot in the head.
This is Boston's 13th murder this year.

Boston Police identify the victim as John Colon, 20, of Dorchester.
Two men were shot on Trull Street off Hancock around 1:50 p.m., Stanley Staco reports. Boston Police report one of the men, believed to be in his 20s, was shot multiple times and died at a local hospital.
This is the sixth Boston murder in 2018.

Two men in a car were shot around 9:30 p.m. at Boylston and Gloucester streets, one repeatedly, according to Boston EMS Incidents. The homicide unit has been called in due to the severity of his injuries, Chargemyline reports.
Boylston is shut due to the investigation.

Boston Police report a man in his early 20s was fatally shot at 31 Whittier St. around 1:45 p.m.
He is Boston's first murder victim this year.
UPDATE: Boston Police report the victim, Kurtis DePina, 19, died at the hospital.
A man was shot around 9:10 p.m. at 150 Wellington Hill St. in Mattapan. A relative drove him to Faulkner Hospital in Jamaica Plain, from which he was then transported to a trauma center. The homicide unit was called in due to the severity of his injuries.
