When BPD detectives went to arrest Liquarry Jefferson for the fatal Methadone Mile stabbing of Jamaal Chin-Clark on Feb. 27, they knew right where to go - Jefferson was already being held on a probation violation related to his 2015 conviction for the armed robbery of a Roxbury market. Read more.
Update: The Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports the fatal stabbing actually happened in a Southampton Street parking lot, but that the victim was able to walk to the intersection of Mass and Cass, where police found him. Also, the suspect has a long record.
