I took this photo with my phone as I waited on the gangway for the 6 a.m. commuter ferry from Hull to Long Wharf. It is a photo of the boat house from which rowers from the Hull Lifesaving Museum launch their boats every Saturday morning.
Photo the JFK building. Window-Washer had the great view of the 30 Under 30 Event and the protesters wanting to get the attention of Senator Jeff Flake who spoke at the event.
Boston Herald Columnist Howie Carr's Complicated and Unethical Journalistic and Political Relationship with Rep. Geoff Diehl Massachusetts' Pro-Trump Candidate for U.S. Senate
It is no secret that the Boston Herald’s Howie Carr is one of the more conservative columnists in town. But as Carr covers the US Senate race between Democratic incumbent Elizabeth Warren and her Republican challenger, Geoff Diehl, he is pushing the boundaries of just how cozy a commentator and a candidate should be
So how's Mayor Walsh's tent working out...? Anybody driven the Mass Ave connector lately, worse than ever. People openly shooting up & smoking crack.
Photos from the Hyde Park Ave. gas-main event. Ambulance crashed onto median. Gas spraying into air behind the tractor in one photo.
About 7:45 this morning, right outside the Davis Square T station:
I'm guessing there is a nest of bunnines in the green space surrounding the Allston Fire Station on Cambridge Street (where it intersects with Brighton Avenue and North Beacon Street. Consider bolstering your iconoclasty with a visit to The 2016 Commonwealth Pen Show, this Sunday at the Somerville Holiday Inn. The focus is on vintage and modern fountain pens, but other pens and writing paraphernalia suitable for collecting are also in abundance. Nathan Tardif, CEO of Noodler's Ink, one of the Bay State's premier makers of fountain pen inks, will be offering some products of historic significance to Massachusetts and sponsoring giveaways for young attendees.
Just noticed the weird lights atop the new high-rise at the Pru last night. I know the late Mayor Menino always championed unique designs like the "crown" n the nearby Huntington Avenue building, so is this part of his legacy, too? Either way, I think I kinda like it.

Twitter comes to us with this example of why parking in someone else's spot is "Not OK". From the looks of the windshield sticker, it's an out-of-state car, probably belonging to someone not familiar with quaint local custom.
What did this emergency kiosk do to deserve this fate?
