Black plastic left behind in Blackstone Square fountain

A peeved citizen files a 311 complaint about the rubber sheeting a film crew (part of Marky Mark's Spenser funky bunch?) left behind Friday night in the Blackstone Square fountain. Also, they tore up the grass.

A cowered citizen complains:

About 20 dogs are running around off leash in the park. This is a problem. Yesterday, a special needs adult became frightened because a dog came too close to her. The owners don't care. We all love dogs, but too ma dog owners are too self-entitled to care. A lot of hard work and money has gone into beautifying this park. Some have said, "you should be more worried about the drug dealers and homeless." How about this: let's enforce ALL the laws so all can safely enjoy the park.

An outraged South Ender wonders why dog owners refuse to go to the neighborhood dog park instead of befouling Blackstone Square:

Leash enforcement. Now. I've counted 18 dogs running unleashed. One has just mounted and began mating with another, both too far from their owners for it to be broken up before my 6 year old nephew asked me what was going on. This is madness. The fountain is a filthy dog bath, and the stench of poop is in the air no matter which bench you sit on.

The police tape from the murder scene must be all gone, because a concerned citizen only found one thing to complain about in the square - old Christmas wreathes:

I appreciate the wreaths in Blackstone Square for Christmas, but it's now 25 Feb and they are still up. Please remove. Look forward to fresh ones next Christmas.
