The Bowery Presents, which runs the Sinclair, said today it hopes to open its 3,500-person Roadrunner on Guest Street in New Balance's Boston Landing complex by March. In fact, it's already selling tickets for shows starting March 17. Read more.

Stop & Shop and New England Development recently filed their formal plans to turn the current Stop & Shop property on Everett Street in Allston into "a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood focused on healthy living and eating," with up to 1,050 apartments and condos, a state-of-the-art "urban-style grocery store," office and retail space and a half-acre "community green." A limping citizen complains about some godawful pavement on Guest Street in Brighton - and attaches a photo of a newly broken ankle to buttress the point:

I would like to thank the City of Boston for the beautiful pavement on the street outside 20 Guest St. Stepping off the curb and into this hole next to the sewer, almost killing myself and breaking my ankle! Sweet deal! Thanks again!
