Boston Police report arresting Felix Antonio Palmer, 36, on charges he raped a woman at D and West 5th streets around 5:40 a.m. on Sept. 23.
In addition to rape, he is also charged with indecent assault and battery and assault and battery, police say.

Boston Police have released photos of a man they say sexually attacked somebody at D and West 5th streets in South Boston around 5:40 a.m. on Sept. 23.

City Councilors Ed Flynn and Michael Flaherty want answers after they learned from a parent that a live .45 round was found in a restroom at the Condon K-8 School on D Street, just a few days after a "a piece of paper or literature was also found at the school earlier this week displaying Nazi swastikas."
