A group of residents on Snow Hill and Hull street in the North End sued the Zoning Board of Appeal today over its approval of a project to add a fourth floor to a two-family building at 47-48 Snow Hill St., next to an existing four-story building. Read more.

The Boston Fire Department reports an early morning fire at 52 Hull St. displaced 18 residents in three buildings and sent two firefighters to the hospital with minor injuries. Read more.
The Boston Fire Department responded around 7 a.m. to a roof fire at 22 Hull St. for a roof fire.
The cause of the fire, quickly doused, is under investigation.
