A native of the Republic of Liberia, I have lived in Boston since fleeing civil war in Liberia. I founded the Universal Human Rights International, a nonprofit that assists refugees in their transition to life in the USA. UHRI accomplishes its mission through advocacy, transitional services and information referral. UHRI also assists in the repatriation of refugees to return to their native countries when hostilities cease to get involved in reconciliation, recovery and systemic change movements. I am also a pastor of a refugee-led church, Ziah Mission that meets at 30 Gordon Street, Allston, MA. We meet at 10:00 AM on Sundays.
