I liked the quote
On NPR tonight where some head of something said to rest assured that this in no way risked the safety of people using EMT services.
Um, OK, in that case, if getting recertified doesn't in fact have anything to do with the safety of the services being provided, why do it?
And no criminal action? Really? My board would sure as hell take criminal action if anyone falsified a license or lied about continuing ed, and we're folks who DON'T primarily deal with life-and-death situations.
emt malfeasance
I just wanted to use that word. I thought the same thing regarding the Board of Registration. I am prettty sure they will take an interest. Maybe they impose civil penalties? Loss of license, penalties suspension etc.
