Did they really think that keeping a wild animal in a cage too small to stand up in would turn it into a dog or something? What is wrong with these people - other than a few bricks shy, not a full deck, etc. Dude looks like a poster child for fetal alcohol syndrome.

Or did it just give them their jollies to torture this poor thing like this?

I bet Mr. Wile E. Coyote has higher emotional intelligence than Mr. NRA. I'm serious.

Probably this guy got that cage from Acme, though.

I can't understand why some people take wild animals out of their habitat just for their own entertainment. This is simply unacceptable. Poor, little thing...

I can't understand why people show concern for wild animals while simultaneously trying to spam people with garbage. This is simply unacceptable. Poor little things...

They deserved it! Don't those idiots know that when one keeps a totally wild animal in their house that they're not only tempting fate, but sooner or later, a wild animal who's cornered like that is bound to lose its patience (justifiably so) and go on a rampage, with disastrous results. I know I've read a number of horror stories of people keeping wild animals like that as pets, caged or not, when the animal finally went on a rampage, resulting in damage to property, or serious injury/death to the human(s) who thought it would be cool and cute to keep a supposedly cuddly coyote or wildcat, or whatever, in their house as a pet. Plus these people sounded really nuts, having all those weapons around.
