Two-alarm fire damages dental offices, shuts down Boylston Street

The Boston Fire Department reports a two-alarm fire that broke out around 10 a.m. at 665 Boylston St. did roughly $150,000 in damage and sent one firefighter to the hospital with a back injury.

The fire erupted in a basement storeroom and was hard to fight because there were "no windows, low ceiling and the room loaded with stuff," the department says.

The cause is still under investigation.
