Just like with physical security, network security can be broken with a big enough hammer, and those guys are the biggest hammer around right now.

probably the next commissioner, a great cop, someone who truly cares about the city(students included) and a hell of a nice guy.
Billy Evans
He defies every cop stereotype. Kind, considerate, in great shape, and really smart.
Too good to be commissioner. Keep him on the street.
Superintendent William Evans
he used to chase us through parks when we were kids drinking beer. he was different from most of the other bpd in that if he caught us he would talk to us and teach us about respecting the neighborhood and not turning into criminals/punks. most of the other bpd goons would just punch one or two of us in the mouth and take the beer.
Hear, hear
Didn't grow up in Boston, so first experience with BPD was during Occupy Boston (freelance photographer here) and he was the only high ranked guy there who treated people with dignity and respect. Helluva nice guy.
Evans did a lot for Allston
Evans did a lot for Allston Brighton. Truly a great cop.
