It's "West Roxbury Parkway" not "the West Roxbury Parkway." The use of "the" is reserved for roads that don't have "Parkway" in their names -- the Fenway, the Jamaicaway, the Arborway, etc. DCR and MassDOT have tried to get rid of the "the" but, like Avenue de Lafayette, they will never give up their proper names.

And I still want a plate that reads "ILUVTOFU".
