A head-clutching citizen complains about this sign-encrusted tree on Custer Street:
Deplorable property condition. Is it abandoned? Also large tree is going to fall soon.
The city reports ISD sprung into action:
Ticket was issued on 8-7-13 by officer donovan.

If the ticket is not paid, will they haul the tree to jail. If a bird lives in that tree, it will be a jail bird.
Sounds like the City is no help so they are barking up the wrong tree.

For as long as I can remember, it's been a craphole - it's falling apart, well beyond "distressed", more like semi-abandoned. For a year I didn't even realize there were still people living in it.
And the tree will do what after it reads the ticket?
