Police say this might be the guy who put four bullets in somebody in Dorchester last month

Boston Police have posted photos of the person they say went up to a parked Mercedes on Stoughton Street on the morning of Feb. 15 and shot the car's occupant four times before pedaling away on his Huffy bike.
