Massachusetts bankers say: Don't give your debit-card number to anybody on the phone

The Boston Business Journal reports Massachusetts residents are being targeted by a scam in which a computer calls them, says their cards were locked because they were affected by the Target breach - and then asks them to enter their card numbers to unlock them.
