Cracked Hancock window prompts concern, Clarendon Street shutdown

A cracked window on the 35th floor of the Hancock Building around 5:30 p.m. prompted authorities to close Clarendon until the window could be secured. The street was re-opened about an hour later.

years ago and I can tell you that buckling windows are still a common problem.

and I wonder if it damaged the window. Especially if driven sideways by the high winds.
