Citizen complaint of the day: I hate clowns

A skeeved out citizen files a complaint (makes up a complaint?) about the situation at Elder Street and Columbia Road in Dorchester:

Someone seemed to have left there mask in the sewer. It seems straight out of a horror movie.

Stop buying baby clowns for your kids when you're on vacation. You flush them down the toilet when they get too big, and this is what happens!
