MA now more droughty than CA

The weekly drought reports are out, and they show that, except for Nantucket, all of Massachusetts remains in a drought - with much of the state in a "severe" drought and parts of Hampden, Hampshire and Berkshire counties in "extreme" drought. In contrast, nearly 35% of California, which has had weeks of heavy rains and snow, is now drought free, although 28% of the state is still in "extreme" or "exceptional" droughts.
