Dude dubbed Dizz does dastardly deed
Area C-6 reports what happened yesterday afternoon when somebody arranged to buy a cell phone on Orton Marotta Way from a guy known only as "Dizz:"
When the victim met Dizz he was accompanied by a WM 18 years 5'10" 160 lbs goatee who displayed a black semi-automatic handgun and stole $200 and a cell phone from the victim.
Dizz is described as a black Hispanic male, 19, about 140 pounds, 5'6" with a goatee and short Afro.

Probably not a good idea to buy a $200 cellphone from someone in the projects.
Common sense fails someone yet again.
The report says
The report says that $200 was taken, but not that that was the price of the cellphone.
Also, it is the alleged victim's claim that he met to buy a cellphone, but conceivably the meet could have been for a different purpose, which the reporting party did not wish to disclose. (Although doesn't sound smart in any case.)
