Man sought for breaking into several South End buildings gets cornered, surrenders when cops bring dog in

UPDATE: Police describe the chase and capture.
A man is under arrest and on his way to a local hospital tonight after he allegedly broke into a series of buildings along Dwight Street. Arriving officers chased him through several buildings as he burst out of windows and ran on roofs before finally being surrounded in an apartment at 29 Dwight St., where, bleeding heavily, he surrendered when he heard a police dog arrive.
This is the second time in two weeks that somebody has been arrested on charges of breaking into a series of South End residences.

that's really nice we're so concerned about the South End
Strings of home invasions/burglaries have been going on in JP for years, most recently 2-3 neighborhoods in south JP got hit hard in the last month or two.
