Man sought for South Boston bank robbery

The FBI's bank robbery task force reports it's looking for this guy for a robbery at the Sovereign Bank branch at 474 W. Broadway, around 11:40 a.m. on Aug. 3.

He gave a teller a note and escaped on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

He's described as white, in his late 20s, 5'7" to 5'10" and thin. He wore a Sox cap, shorts and a watch on his left hand. If you recognize him, contact the task force at 617-223-6560.
