Two stabbed in Chinatown

Around 12:15 a.m. at Tremont Street near Marginal Road; one in the stomach. A suspect was arrested at Marginal and Washington.

UPDATE: Boston Police provide this account of what happened after an officer on patrol was flagged down by a whole group of people being chased by a guy with a knife:

The officer was able to apprehend the suspect without further incident. Officers were informed that the suspect had stabbed one of the victims, then proceeded to chase the other four victims, stabbing one more victim before being apprehended by the police. Both victims were transported to Boston Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. Officers were able to recover the knife used in the assault.

Officers arrested 35-year-old Tyler E. Brown of Boston and charged him with two counts of Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous of a Dangerous Weapon and three counts of Assault by Means of a Dangerous Weapon.
