Two arrested for gunpoint robbery of pizza delivery person in Mattapan

Boston Police report arresting two of the four people they say stuck up a delivery person outside 19 Hiawatha Rd. in Mattapan around 7 p.m. on Dec. 9.

Police say the woman was robbed of $200 in cash, $80 worth of food and the $65 "hot bag" she was using to store the food. Responding officers were unable to find the robbers, but police say the victim was able to pick out two of the suspects from a group of photos of people known to police.

Yesterday, police arrested and charged Jennaisa Simms, 19, and Johnathon Turner, 21, with armed robbery - and seized two firearms from their apartment.
