What is the purpose of wearing a mask if it is not covering your nose or mouth? Is it a fashhion statement? Or just code for "I'm not the brightest candle on the cake?"

As dozens of homeless people take up at the station and across the street, there seems little police presence. This weekend (not reported by any media) yet another person was robbed next to the station. Will anyone pay attention and save my neighborhood?
