Roxbury turns into firing range

Update: Boston Police report two two face a variety of charges, including assault with intent to murder, and that the incident might be gang related and in retaliation for the double shooting in H-Block.

Around 2:10 a.m., somebody fired about eight shots into Adams Street near Orchard Park from a green Accord. An officer in a cruiser began chasing the car as it zig-zagged down Blue Hill Avenue and side streets in Roxbury and Dorchester. The occupants eventually ditched the car near Half Moon Street in Dorchester, where one was quickly collared when he tried to run away - and the second not long after that.

In addition to this, in the span of about an hour, two men were shot on Harrishof Street - one fatally - a man showed up at Boston Medical Center with a gunshot wound he said he got near the Timilty School, a gun battle near Orchard Park sent a bullet into a resident's bedroom and four shots were fired on Cedar Street.
