Teaching those MIT kids how to write

The Grammar Vandal has a fan at MIT - and he's armed with a marker.

You know, I am sick and tired of people using the word "kid" out of context. They are legal adults and I am sick of those libelous statements. Sure, some of them may not act like responsible adults, but they are adults and should be respected and referred to at least "young adults". Rant over, feel free to flame.

I am the armed thief in question, and want to point out that I'm not the only one who wants to teach students at MIT to write. I somehow came into possession of a red MIT pencil that says "Write From The Start" on it (This time I swear I didn't steal it on purpose! I just picked it up at some point and must have mistakenly put it behind my ear rather than put it back where I found it.). They have a whole office there in Building 12 dedicated to getting students to write more for their classes. Anyway, the first time I went to use the eraser it broke off. That might explain why the students who hung up the signs didn't go back and correct their error before plastering campus with them.
