Acid test in West Roxbury

Two students at the West Roxbury Educational Complex were taken to Faulkner Hospital after spilling some sulfuric acid on themselves this morning.

Globe: School not evacuated.
Channel 7: School evacuated.

Both called it West Roxbury High School, which it hasn't been for a couple years now.

kids these days are too soft. freshman year of college, i spilled some sulfuric acid on myself and just walked to the sink and rinsed it off my hands and dealt with the tingle.

the burn hole in my sweatshirt, however, remains.

I like West Roxbury High School better. There has to be some actual learning going in a place with a name like educational complex. hee hee

Apparently the kids were at the hospital before we even got there. A small spill from a test tube, I guess the janitor cleaned it up. It was dilute, think battery acid.
