Marcy attempts to get an actual human on the line at Nstar when her power goes out but is instead confronted by a lady robot who asks her to explain her issue and when Marcy replies "customer service representative," asks:
Are you sure? Our representatives might be busy.

As much as I can appreciate the customer-oriented good intentions ("Are you sure? All our representatives may be on the phone with other customers and you may be on hold for quite a while") boy howdy did that not work ("Are you sure? Our representatives get real annoyed when a call interrupts their Facebook time.")
