Muggers are getting older

Cambridge Police report a Richdale Avenue resident was mugged yesterday evening by a 50-something white guy who put something hard to her neck, took her purse, then fled in a small car.
Cambridge Police also report arresting a Lynn man at 200 Technology Sq. shortly before 11 p.m. yesterday on charges of cocaine trafficking, resisting arrest, carrying a dangerous weapon and assault and battery on a police officer.

What the hell is someone from Lynn doing in Tech Square - especially at that hour when the place is abandoned. Who's he trying to sell to - people who left Legals and got lost??

Lurking in contemporary Tech Square late at night if you're a cocaine dealer does not seem like a very good idea.
Not only is it mostly deserted except for tech industry office buildings with night security, there is a notable Defense R&D lab.
I've walked along Richdale
I've walked along Richdale Ave. several times at night recently, and it's felt safe.
Anyone more familiar with the street? Do they get wandering lurkers from the Porter Square station, or something? A friend walks Richdale nightly.
